If you have not accessed the digital content and your purchase was less than 14 days ago.

After 14 days

If you have accessed the digital content or your purchase was more than 14 days ago as per our terms and conditions you will be liable for the full amount of your course or programme.

Payment via instalments:

If you paid in instalments and have outstanding instalments these will need to be settled. Just email us on [email protected] and we will send you a statement of how many instalments you have left to pay.

Payment in full:

If you paid in full no further payments are required.
