Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices (CICD)

This course focuses on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to implement Cisco Collaboration and UC Solutions. We cover administration of end-user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance.
